Advanced Motion Concepts, Inc. is Announced

ATKINSON, NH, September 5, 2003- Advanced Motion Concepts, Inc., has recently been announced.  The company offers several unique seminars to enhance the understanding of precision automation to users and suppliers of these systems.  In addition to these seminars, consulting, prototyping and project management services will be offered to OEM’s in technology markets such as biotechnology, semiconductor, data storage, printed circuit board, flat panel, fiber optic communications and factory automation.

“There is a strong need for cohesive, technical training in the area of precision automation,” says Tom Radigan, President and Principal Consultant, of Advanced Motion Concepts.   “Downsizing and high personnel turnover coupled with rapid changes in motion control technology often mean that OEM’s do not have the required internal expertise necessary for product development or improvement.   Engineers performing precision automation design usually require years of experience and constant knowledge improvement to be productive.  Our training is tailored to shorten the motion learning curve and keep engineers current with leading technologies.  In addition, other people in the organization, from sales engineers to engineering managers can benefit from these seminars.  We will also offer seminars custom-tailored to the needs of our clients.” says Radigan.

Prior to the formation of Advanced Motion Concepts, Inc., Tom Radigan was a development engineer at three of the leading motion system companies; Anorad Corporation, Dover Instrument Corporation and Danaher Precision Systems.  His background covers a wide range of capabilities such as design, manufacturing, control and testing of precision motion systems.
